Single Fix Service:

If you have chosen our single fix service and if you could not experience a fix, you can claim a refund. The duration for the claim is only 48 hours from our assistance. Within the 48 hours of the support request, if you face the same problem, you can contact us either via our support number or support email for a refund. We assure guaranteed service which will be instant and immediate. We’ll try to fix the issue again, and if we couldn’t resolve it to the whole, then we will ensure a complete refund and the money will be dropped into your account, the refund will take 7 to 10 working days.

Relevant Subscription Services: assures guaranteed refund to customers who availed our subscription services and ceased the usage of our services in 30 days of approval. We will analyze the reason for termination and will try to come up with the best service and if you are still not convinced, you can get a refund.
